The Scooter (up to 250cc) Major service includes: Motor start and running test Drain, refill and replace oil filter (*only if applicable) Oil leaks check Battery load test and terminals revision Charge rate check Brakes and brakes fluid condition check Check brake lines & brake reservoirs for leakages Brake disc condition check Brakes operation check Indicators, headlight and parking lights check Check horn, brake switches, dash lights, kill switch & side stand switch Check cooling system (* if applicable) Check & lubricate pivot points & levers Check & clean air filter (*if applicable) Clean & re-oil air filter (*if applicable) Replace air filter if required (additional cost) Check & replace spark plugs Check & clear fault codes & report (*if applicable) Tire condition check Tire pressure check and adjustment Test ride – idle speed and unusual noises check Apply service sticker > KNOW MORE
